Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged
  • Consumable products after opening

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original packaging
  • in resaleable condition
